About GivService,
Inc.
GivService,
Inc. enters the legal process serving industry as a company with a
purpose to provide irrefutable legal process on individuals, law firms
and businesses in a respectable style so that both the plaintiff and
defendant can proceed in a civil manner to accomplish a successful
resolution of a legal action. In addition to process serving, this
company will also be available and willing to assist attorneys with
document retrieval, filing, and research needs. By providing this
service, GivService aims to free up valuable time for attorneys
to further their legal expertise, and wholehearted attention to their
client’s needs, while GivService is cost effectively, and
expertly completing requirements which don’t call for their
appearance.
The birth of
GivService, Inc. in 2005 happened as a result of its president,
David L. Moyer, leaving a midtown corporate law firm due to
downsizing, after almost 29 years of faithful service as its managing
clerk. That time was useful in refining and perfecting process service
on individuals and business entities, so much so that it left a desire
to market that responsibility, to an already thriving industry
catering to law firms. Providing it on a piecemeal basis would be
economical to law firms, its clients, and a means towards an existence
for GivService, Inc. In the process of creating this
corporation its president has also successfully completed the (New
York State Professional Process Servers) NYSPPSA’s process servers
examination becoming a certified member, and is also a member in good
standing of (National Association of Professional Process Servers)
NAPPS, and is licensed by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs.
GivService,Inc.
plans on providing it’s process serving, and legal assistant services
to the Queens and Long Island area during its infancy with goals for
early expansion to all five boroughs of New York City after its first
year.
GivService, Inc’s
founder, David L. Moyer, has a proven record of experience, references
from New York State attorneys, and an unblemished record of proper
service without traverse hearings or challenges. GivService will hire
and train its process servers to maintain a code of conduct consistent
with the, “Canons of Professional and Ethical Conduct for Professional
Process Servers” currently in existence for all members of New York
State Professional Process Servers Association, thereby aligning its
employees with its purpose. |
